C'est la vie is NOT cliched.
Am feeling a little numb today.
Amidst the long, agonizing wait for the release of my SAT result - so that I can decide which schools to apply to - I've also withdrawn my Cambridge application because the 10% likelihood of entrance is simply not worth a hundred Britain pounds, which, I assure you, is A LOT (well, to me anyway).
So what has life been?
Well, it's been pretty much a routine - search for self-identity, which is what turns out to be a futile attempt, start over only to fail again.
But that's life isn't it - to realise you don't actually want something as much as you thought you do, to make decisions on a whim only to regret it later, and most importantly, to learn from your own mistakes.
And of course, what's life without dramas. =)
Both in reality and on televisions.
But most of the time, I prefer the ones on screens because in real life, dramas can be so complicated.
Or not.
Off I go for another sail of self-identity.
Eileen.
P.S. Watch Hart of Dixie, or (only if you have a strong heart) Nip Tuck.
